Welcome to my website and thank you for taking the time and interest to investigate my artwork.  Making Art has been a life long pursuit including a lot of time spent in higher education to that goal.  I received my Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University and from there attended Ohio State University receiving my Master of Fine Arts with a specialization in Printmaking in 1981.  After working a few art related jobs I discovered I could make a small income morphing my artistic vision into functional Fine Crafts as well as Paintings.  Every surface I saw required painting from furniture to clocks, birdhouses, picture frames and some ceramic jewelry.  I was carried in a few galleries, juried shows, booth shows etc. I had some representation for a bit and even did some designs for some Tee Shirt companies, that was as close as I got to Printmaking again.

In 1994 I decided to change my struggle to support myself and my life long  hobby of competing Show Jumping Horses became my job and making Art had to find time when I had it.  Horses actually jump that thing I'm standing next to in the picture.  In 2013 I returned to making Art on a regular basis and have embraced technology along with my knowledge as a Painter and Printmaker.  In addition to the work you see on these pages I am also available for commissions.  If you want to add a unique look to a Painting or Print I can build and paint a frame, mat and glaze and send you a finished piece ready to hang.
